Methodology
Sources and methodology
This site uses cautious, source-led plant safety labels. It does not diagnose exposures or replace veterinary advice.

How labels are assigned
Reported non-toxic means the plant appears as non-toxic in first-wave public references for the named animal. Toxic or high-risk labels are used when sources identify a plant as a concern. Caution is used when a common name is broad, when identification is uncertain, or when a conservative label is safer for users.
